Reagan students will actively work on and develop proficiency in the following skills.
1) Reagan IB students can actively annotate and develop personal inquiries when approaching new and/or unfamiliar reading.
2) Reagan IB students can engage in the identification of main ideas, details, and demonstrate success summarizing when approaching new and/or unfamiliar reading.
3) Reagan IB students can effectively compare/contrast AND identify cause(s)/effect(s) when approaching new and/or unfamiliar reading.
4) Reagan IB students can make important inferences when approaching new and/or unfamiliar reading
5) Reagan IB students can engage in the evaluation and critique(s) when approaching new and/or unfamiliar reading.
6) Reagan IB students can effectively decode and understand essential vocabulary, shared throughout all content areas, when approaching new and/or unfamiliar reading.
